

He came off as a little pompous and cocky when they first meet but I kept reading hoping when we got to his POV, we'd understand him better or his demeanor would change. That's really all the flirting we see from him though. He is a flirt and he made references to being all about football, girls and partying in high school. But what I didn't care for, and again this is just ME, is when we first see the H from the h's POV, he's flirting with other girls. The story was good and the 80's references brought back so many fond memories for me. And let me just make this clear that it's a preference thing for me and that it has nothing to do with the author or the writing. If I didn't know this was a dual virgin story, I may not have finished it. So I did enjoy this one but I'm gonna be honest here. But what I didn't care for, and again this is just ME, is when we first see the H from the h “Because when I think of you, nothing else seems to matter. “Because when I think of you, nothing else seems to matter. This is my honest and unbiased review and I thank you for taking the time to read it. There is even an option to read a bonus chapter at the end of the book. This book was very short but had all it needed to be enjoyable. And I thought the author did a nice job incorporating emotions, plot, and conflict, culminating in a satisfying epilogue. Truthfully, in short stories, there is only so many words you can write when you're given a limit to length. However, despite the fact their relationship started off with a conflict, they took things slow. The chemistry between them was so intense. She wanted to go to film school in Baton Rouge and make her screenplays into successful movies. It wasn't how she wanted to spend her Summer but Mandi viewed her job as a means to an end.

During a break from school, she takes a job for the Summer in the Pine Grove movie theatre located in the mall. He took one look at Mandi and his whole outlook on life changed. Noah's mother is sick so he doesn't hesitate to come home to see her and help out where he can. Noah was planning an internship for the summer but his father called him home to spend the time in Pine Grove. In less you want to make a career as a mall employee, the younger generation wants out. Not only is the small town a bit stifled, the economy is poor. Other than visiting his parents now and then, Noah has no desire to make Pine Grove his permanent home. The 80's Baby Series will start releasing by the various authors next week. But truthfully, I wouldn't have minded if there was overkill, lol. While this book cannot be described as 80's overkill the references were done moderately as not to take away the focus of the story. My favorite possession was my Sony Walkman! To this day, I listen to 80's music almost daily. I was still finding myself, hanging out at clubs, going to movies, and experiencing my first tastes of alcohol. Put away the Aqua Net and slip into something a little more comfortable with one of these eleven couples as they fall in love in Pine Grove.more A future that he will do whatever it takes to make happen. The two couldn't be more different but whenever he thinks of her, he sees a future. Until he lands a job at the Pine Grove Galleria and meets Mandi. Noah Teller is ready to get out of this town after he graduates college. Never taking much seriously-besides Ralph Macchio, the Thriller album, and Tab-her days are spent working at Pine Star Cinema and her nights dreaming of a place better and bigger than Pine Grove.
